1) Provision of Services
a) The provision of services are as made available on the website www.logoimpress.com.au and includes graphic design services.
b) Changes to our provision of services must be agreed to in writing.
c) Supply of printed stationery is not included in our design prices, unless otherwise expressly written. Prices for the suppy of printed stationery can be quoted upon requested.


2) Payments
a) Payments for all services must be made in advance of any works.

3) Refunds
a) Our primary goal is to collaborate with you to ensure that final designs are to your total satisfaction.
b) We do ask that you provide as much information about your needs as possible, and we’ll then present you with a number of first concepts as a starting point. In the event that you do not want to continue, we will refund your money minus a $50 processing fee. Refunds are not available if you continue after the first concepts have been presented, even if you request a redraw.


4) Process
a) The process of design includes the client completing a Creative Brief form at time of order, followed by a number of revisions.  The purpose of the revisions are to collaboratively fine tune the final designs to meet your requirements in a reasonable fashion.
b) The number of revisions will differ per package.
c) Communication will primarily be by email. For verbal communication please send us an email and we will call you, generally within 24 hours (business days).
d) The client has 30 days to respond to each email. In the event that 30 days passes without reply, the order is deemed to have been completed.
e) Final designs will be supplied via email. The Logo Kit shall include all digital files (GIF and JPG at 72dpi for web), vector files which can easily be resized & used for printing purposes, high resolution image *.TIFF, *.EPS in RGB. Other files include *.PSD and *.BMP bitmap images (other formats upon request). Logo design provided for web & print usage (.GIF, .JPG, .AI, .EPS and .TIFF 300 DPI).
f) We reserve the right to terminate, without liability, any orders where we have used reasonable endeavours to complete the order in a reasonable manner but were hindered by action or lack thereof of the client.


5) Ownership
a) Ownership of final designs will pass to the client at the time of delivery of the Logo Kit email or 100% payment of all outstanding invoices, which ever comes last. Ownership of all designs remains the property of Mylion Pty Ltd until all outstanding invoices due by the client are paid in full.
b) We endeavour to provide clients with original designs based on your creative brief, however we accept no liability, direct or indirect, for any breach of copy right or Trade Mark or any other form of intellectual property. In the event that the client has a trademark application rejected, we will at our discretion refund payment of that order or commence the design process again to meet the client’s needs.


6) Limitation of Liability
a) Mylion Pty Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) however caused (whether negligence or otherwise) which may be incurred or suffered or which may occur directly or indirectly with respect to the service.
